Return to USA Today bestseller Tiffany Reisz’s Original Sinners series with Winter Tales, a collection of three fan-favorite Christmas novellas plus a brand-new novella exclusive to this anthology.

In December Wine, the long-awaited story of Nora Sutherlin’s first meeting with Nico can finally be told. Nora enlists her editor (and sometimes lover) Zach Easton on a mission to track down Kingsley’s long-lost son. Nicolas “Nico” Delacroix turns out to be young, strikingly handsome, and very French. He wants nothing to do with his father…but everything to do with Nora.

This special holiday-themed collection also includes the novellas Poinsettia, The Christmas Truce, and The Scent of Winter (previously available only as ebooks). A bonus short story starring Søren rounds out the Winter Tales anthology.

I am always SO happy when Tiffany Reisz writes anything related to my favorite erotica series ever, The Original Sinners. This is one of the few series that I can never get tired of. I adore everything about Nora, Søren, Kingsley, and the rest of this brilliant cast of characters. Any time I pick up a book or story with them, it’s like coming back to old (kinky) friends. And whether it’s a full length book or a holiday themed novella, I’ll take anything and everything from TR. This time, with Winter Tales, we get four novellas plus a bonus short story that all work perfectly with the winter holiday.

December Wine, the new novella in this collection, is probably my favorite of the five, mainly because I just love Nico so, so much. I wish we got more of him and Nora! We finally get to see how these two met for the very first time in France, and we can tell how besotted they become despite being complete strangers. I just want a full length book for them PLEASE! I need to know everything that happened between them meeting to how Nora became his Dom.

We also get novellas featuring Søren and his time with Magdalena in Italy, Søren and Kingsley sharing a cabin in the woods in the winter, and of course one with the dirty trio all together. The bonus short story takes place after the final Original Sinners book, which turns out not to be the final one anymore! God bless, but we are getting more of the OS world, and this short story is a little bridge to the upcoming book, The Priest.

Tiffany Reisz amazes me every time I open up one of her books. Her writing is stunning, the way she’s able to write love, kink, and humor so flawlessly. I cannot get enough of her words and I’m so glad we aren’t done with the Original Sinners series just yet!

Bestselling author Tiffany Reisz returns with an imaginative tale of lust and magic, and the dangers unleashed when the two are combined…

On the day of Lia’s university graduation party, her parents—wealthy art collectors with friends in high places—gift her a beautiful wine cup, a rare artifact decorated with roses. It’s a stunning gift, and one that August Bowman, a friend of her parents and a guest at Lia’s party, also has his eye on. The cup, August tells her, is known as the Rose Kylix, and it’s no ordinary cup. It was used in the temple ceremonies of Eros, Greek god of erotic love, and has the power to bring the most intimate sexual fantasies to life.

But Lia is skeptical of August’s claims of the cup’s mythology and magic—after all, he’s a collector himself, and she suspects he just wants to get his hands on this impressive piece of art. So he dares her to try it for herself, and when Lia drinks from the Rose Kylix she is suddenly immersed in an erotic myth so vivid it seems real—as though she’s living out the most sensual fantasy with August by her side…

Realizing the true power of this ancient and dangerous relic, Lia is even more wary of giving it up, though August insists it is only safe with him. He’s willing to pay the full value of the cup, but Lia has another type of trade in mind. One that finds them more tangled up in each other—and in fantasy—than either was prepared for.

The Red is one of my favorite books from Tiffany Reisz, and it certainly was one of the hottest books of hers I’d read… until The Rose. It’s hard for me to decide whether The Red or The Rose is steamier (they are both off-the-charts scorching), but since I’m all about Greek/Roman mythology, I’m gonna go ahead and say The Rose is TR’s hottest book yet, and as my queen of erotic romance, that’s saying something.

“I mean, the Rose Kylix is literally the cup of Eros. If you drink from it, you will experience your erotic fantasies. You will enter them, live them.”

I was incredibly excited for The Rose since it’s basically Greek mythology come to erotic life, but I was also pleasantly surprised to realize, once I got to reading it, that the heroine, Lia, is the daughter of the main character from The Red. We get plenty of Mona and her husband in The Rose, which I loved, and both are the kind of hilarious parents that live to embarrass their child. However, The Rose can stand on its own and you don’t need to read The Red to understand it, though I highly recommend the book!

A secret madam of an illegal escort agency, Lia Godwick is obsessed with all things Greek mythology. At her graduation party, her father gifts her a rare, ancient artifact called the Rose Kylix. This party is where she meets August Bowman, a beautiful, mysterious, older man who wants the Kylix for himself. He claims it holds the power to bring sexual fantasies to life, and here begins Lia’s sexual awakening, bringing all her Greek mythology fantasies to erotic life.

He met her eyes. “I’m going to make you fall in love with me. I don’t know how, but I am. Before this week is over, you’ll tell me you love me in this world.”
“Why?”
“Because you believe in Eros.”
She touched his face, his lips, his sweat-damp hair.
“I believe in you,” she said. “Isn’t that enough?”
“It’s a good start.”

I don’t know what else to say besides that this book is non-stop titillation. Tiffany Reisz never ceases to amaze me with her ability to writes such fantastic erotica that gets my mind thinking and my body hot. You can clearly tell the amount of research that went into the Greek mythology retellings, but at the same time, I loved TR’s twist to the tales. We get retellings of the stories of Achilles, Apollo and Psyche, Zeus, Poseidon, and plenty more. Aethra and Poseidon’s story in particular stood out to me. The storytelling is so well done that TR makes you feel like you yourself are transported into these Greek mythologies.

She lay back again and let herself enjoy the terrible sweetness of being the cause of a man’s undoing. He was older, a mystery to her and vastly more experienced, and she could conquer him utterly while laying flat on her back. This was power even a god would envy.

If you love Greek mythology, you absolutely need to read this book. It’s unique and completely different from anything else I’ve ever read. It’s dirty, decadent, and yes, romantic. I loved Lia’s story and I can only hope that TR gives us more in this series!

They called themselves “the lucky ones”

They were seven children either orphaned or abandoned by their parents and chosen by legendary philanthropist and brain surgeon Dr. Vincent Capello to live in The Dragon, his almost magical beach house on the Oregon Coast. Allison was the youngest of the lucky ones living an idyllic life with her newfound family…until the night she almost died, and was then whisked away from the house and her adopted family forever.

Now, thirteen years later, Allison receives a letter from Roland, Dr. Capello’s oldest son, warning her that their father is ill and in his final days. Allison determines she must go home again and confront the ghosts of her past. She’s determined to find out what really happened that fateful night — was it an accident or, as she’s always suspected, did one of her beloved family members try to kill her?

But digging into the past can reveal horrific truths, and when Allison pieces together the story of her life, she’ll learns the terrible secret at the heart of the family she once loved but never really knew.

I love Tiffany Reisz – she’s an auto-read for me, because her storytelling and writing never disappoint. She doesn’t write traditional romances, and honestly I wouldn’t even categorize The Lucky Ones as a romance, but I love her books despite, or even because of, that. This latest book of hers is set along the coast of Oregon – you almost feel as if you’re transported to the Gothic mansion and can feel the breeze of the Pacific. The Lucky Ones honestly gave me the chills as I was reading – it’s mysterious, suspenseful, Gothic… TR constantly kept me on the edge of my seat. I highly recommend this book if you love the author or anything related to mystery!

Too many secrets in this house.
So many they were starting to feel like…
Lies.

Thirteen years ago, Allison was living the perfect life with her adopted family, the Capellos. Dr. Vincent Capello was a renowned brain surgeon with a habit of fostering and adopting troubled children and giving them a life they never thought they’d have – becoming “the lucky ones.” But one mysterious night, Allison was shoved down the stairs and nearly died. She was taken away to live with her aunt, never to contact her beloved family for thirteen years. Now, she gets a letter in the mail from her foster brother, Roland, telling her that Dr. Capello is on his deathbed. She returns to the home she had the happiest days of her life in – and the darkest. Will she discover what truly happened the day she nearly died… or was murdered?

This was the kind of suspenseful novel where I literally had no idea where the author would take me next. It’s a wild, chilling, mind-blowing read – I couldn’t put it down! I won’t tell much more of the story because this is one you have to experience for yourself. Just know that Tiffany will take you on a thrilling, wild, mysterious adventure along the Oregon coast.

Early Review + Giveaway: The Red by Tiffany Reisz

The Red by Tiffany Reisz
Series: Standalone
Publication Date: July 11th 2017
Links: Ebook • Paperback • Goodreads
Source: I received an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review

The Red is a standalone novel of erotic fantasy from Tiffany Reisz, international bestselling author of The Bourbon Thief and the Original Sinners series.

Mona Lisa St. James made a deathbed promise that she would do anything to save her mother’s art gallery. Unfortunately, not only is The Red painted red, but it’s in the red.

Just as she realizes she has no choice but to sell it, a mysterious man comes in after closing time and makes her an offer: He will save The Red if she agrees to submit to him for the period of one year.

The man is handsome, English, and terribly tempting…but surely her mother didn’t mean for Mona to sell herself to a stranger. Then again, she did promise to do anything to save The Red…

The Red is literally the hottest book I’ve ever read in my life, and I’ve read the Original Sinners series, which you know is saying something. The Red is erotica in its purest, dirtiest, and finest form… and I wholeheartedly LOVED IT. I normally don’t get into books without a romance or love story, but by god, if Tiffany Reisz writes something, I’ll read it. I trust her to to give her readers something that will blow their mind and their panties off, and she’s yet to disappoint. The Red is a beautiful erotic story about an art gallery owner who sells her body to a mysterious man to save The Red from bankruptcy. If you love Tiffany Reisz or erotica, then you do NOT want to miss this captivating read!

“You’re sitting on a goldmine, Mona. Literally”
She blushed. “I’ve never had my vagina called a goldmine before.”
“Perhaps I was referring to your arse.”
“Oh yes, hadn’t thought of that.”

Mona Lisa St. James promised her mother that she’d do anything to save her art gallery. But with The Red not doing so hot, Mona realizes it’s time to sell the place. Just when she’s about to give up, a mysterious man shows up at the gallery and offers her a deal: he will save The Red if she gives him carte blanche over her body once a month for a year. This wasn’t quite what she had in mind when she made her promise to her mother, but how can she resist the allure of the sexy man and the possibility of saving her gallery?

“You were meant to do this,” he said softly. “You’ll see.”
“Why me?” she asked. “Millions of women in this country, millions in yours… why me?”
“Millions of paintings in the world. Only one Mona Lisa. Billions of women in this world. Only one you, Mona Lisa St. James.”

Mona has no idea what to expect, and neither did I for that matter. I was in no way prepared for the ridiculously dirty, filthy things that the mystery man had in store for Mona, but I sure did love it. Every month, he sends Mona a piece of artwork that reflects the kind of sex he wants from her – and there’s honestly nothing romantic about it. It’s the no-holds-barred, raw, filthy kind of sex that you can only come up with in your fantasies, but they come to life for Mona thanks to him.

His money made her a whore, but his cock had made her his slave. She never wanted to taste freedom again. She only wanted to taste him.

I’ve honestly never been so turned on in my life while reading a book. I thought Tiffany Reisz succeeded with that with the Original Sinners, but it turns out I was wrong. If you’re looking for pure, decadent smut, look no further than The Red. It is the most incredible, entertaining read I’ve read in a while. I loved the twist at the end that had everything come full circle, though really, I never wanted this book to end. I can only hope Tiffany Reisz writes more books like this one!

ARC Review: The Night Mark by Tiffany Reisz

The Night Mark by Tiffany Reisz
Series: Standalone
Publication Date: March 28th 2017
Links: Ebook • Paperback • Audible • Goodreads
Source: I received an ARC from the publisher in exchange for an honest review

From the bestselling author of The Bourbon Thief comes a sweeping tale of loss and courage, where one woman discovers that her destiny is written in sand, not carved in stone.

Faye Barlow is drowning. After the death of her beloved husband, Will, she cannot escape her grief and most days can barely get out of bed. But when she’s offered a job photographing South Carolina’s storied coast, she accepts. Photography, after all, is the only passion she has left.

In the quaint beach town, Faye falls in love again when she sees the crumbling yet beautiful Bride Island lighthouse and becomes obsessed with the legend surrounding The Lady of the Light—the keeper’s daughter who died in a mysterious drowning in 1921. Like a moth to a flame, Faye is drawn to the lighthouse for reasons she can’t explain. While visiting it one night, she is struck by a rogue wave and a force impossible to resist drags Faye into the past—and into a love story that is not her own.

Fate is changeable. Broken hearts can mend. But can she love two men separated by a lifetime?

The Night Mark is such a strange but lovely book. It’s definitely one of Tiffany Reisz’s sweeter reads – there’s no erotica here, but the hero had me swooning like CRAZY. I wish there had been more romance but the story itself was fascinating. It’s a modern day time-travel romance, and it definitely gave me Outlander feels, but of course, Tiffany Reisz puts her own unique spin to it. If you’re a fan of the genre or love TR’s writing (like I am), I’d recommend you try this book!

“He said, ‘Come heaven or hell or high water, I will love you and take care of you as long as you live, Faye.’ I asked him, ‘Don’t you mean as long as you live?’ He said no. He wasn’t interested in till death do us part. Even if he went first, he would find a way to take care of me. I treasure that vow. I hold it right here,’’ she said, touching her chest over her heart. “But I’m still waiting for him to keep it.”

It’s been years since the death of the love of her life, Will, but Faye Barlow still feels lost. She accepts a new job opportunity in South Carolina, where she learns the legend behind the Bride Island lighthouse and the mysterious drowning of The Lady of the Light. She can’t seem to stay away from the lighthouse and through some twist of fate, is sent back to 1921 – where she sees the one face she’s been dying to see for the past four years… her late husband.

But this Will, a lighthouse keeper named Carrick, isn’t her Will – or is it? Even though this 1921 Will isn’t the same as the Will she knew, Faye feels a connection with him all the same. And it seems that she’s getting a second chance at love and life she never expected to get. I loved seeing Faye opening her heart and finding passion again, both in herself and with Carrick. Carrick is the loveliest hero, so honorable and steadfast. Their love story is beautiful and inspiring – I couldn’t predict it and I couldn’t put it down.

Reading this book almost felt dreamlike – the words are beautiful and lyrical, in typical Tiffany Reisz fashion, and the story is fantastical. It’s time travel, contemporary, and historical all at the same time – and I’ll admit, I got a bit confused sometimes keeping up with the plot. But I really didn’t care that I didn’t make sense of everything because I enjoyed the writing so much. Plus, we got a little connection with The Bourbon Thief, and I thought that was such a nice touch. The Night Mark shows how versatile Tiffany Reisz’s writing is and I really hope we can get more unique standalones like this from her!

“You see, a light’s night mark is its heartbeat. You know a man by his heart. You know a lighthouse by its beacon. ”
